    The pool was clean and my kids really enjoyed swimming, so that was definitely the best part of our stay. However, medyo disappointing lang yung overall experience namin. Check-in was 2 PM and we arrived around 4:30 PM pero hindi pa rin ready yung room and we had to wait for around 30 minutes. Pagod na kami that time and karga ko pa yung sleeping child ko, so we really expected na ready na sana since late na rin kami dumating. I also specifically booked 2 double beds and even emailed them beforehand to confirm. They said may option na 2 double beds or 1 king bed, so I requested the 2 double beds stated in my booking. I followed up twice but got no response. Pagdating namin, 1 king bed pa rin yung room, so they offered an extra bed instead. Even that took a while and I had to follow up around 3 times. Clean naman yung bathroom, but the room itself could have been cleaner, especially the floor. We also had issues with the wifi, 5 vouchers were given but none worked. Yung channel numbers sa TV guide were also incorrect and walang Netflix or Youtube. Even during my first phone inquiry, medyo nafeel ko na impatient yung kausap ko while I was asking questions. Overall, nice and clean yung pool and nag-enjoy talaga ang kids, but the room preparation, cleanliness, amenities, and service need improvement. 2/5 for our experience.

    We stayed here just for 1night with my friends. The room is good and clean. But seems like the Television is not fully functioning also we accidentally locked the door of our bathroom we called the staff took like 35mins to unlock it because the keys don't have proper label. But it's all great the food is nice and view
