The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit is perfectly situated for anyone attending a conference - easy walking distance to the conference center, and the beach access is also very close. It is small and very basically furnished, but for a single occupant or a couple on the island for a weekend stay, it's a great option for the price. Vacasa makes check in/out easy, and communicates very efficiently.

Everything was amazing!! Really! Mainly the price per night on bougie Kiawah Island with beach access (1.5 min walk) was selling point! Condo was stunning with gorgeous art pieces throughout. The bed was heaven! The GPS made it a bit difficult to find right condo, not property's fault. Over all had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!!
