This villa had good proximity to the beach, plenty of seating for relaxing, and a well-stocked kitchen with all the items needed to prepare meals. The property managers were helpful and polite when I had to message them with questions.
The first night, the villa smelled musty. The next few nights weren’t as bad—probably because we ran the AC and fans all the time.

Liked being in an end unit, with windows looking into the vegetation. Deer passing by. Nice and quiet!
Shower door opens outward depositing water on the floor and bathmat soaking everything. A sliding door system would be better!

Location was excellent and within walking distance to the conference center and beach. I appreciated the bathroom over the door shelf with hooks to house toiletries and hang wet towels.
The bedroom TV should be mounted on the wall between the closet and bathroom. The TV blocked most of the dresser mirror and was at an odd angle to watch from the bed. Also, a full length mirror could be installed on a door.
