Welcome to Blue Tide Bungalow, a newly built, pet-friendly beach house in Perdido Key, Florida, perfect for families and groups of up to 10. This charming blue home blends modern comfort with coastal charm, offering four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and plenty of space to relax.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living area with Smart TV that leads to a back deck. The primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is also on the first floor, while upstairs you will find three more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite, another with a queen and a third with a twin-over-full bunk bed. A shared hallway bathroom and a bonus room with a shuffleboard table and large sectional complete the upstairs. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring comfort for all. The large driveway has plenty of space for parking, and an electric vehicle charger is in the garage.
Located less than a mile from the beach, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or a quick drive to the public access. Spend your days sunbathing, paddleboarding or building sandcastles. Also, less than a mile away is a dog park for your furry family members and a kayak launch. Beyond the beach, explore Perdido Key State Park, Big Lagoon State Park and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Don’t miss the famous Flora-Bama or take a day trip to Pensacola for even more adventure.
