House was nice and the location of the house to the pool was excellent. The customer service representatives that I texted were really nice and understanding of the few issues that I had. Overall a really enjoyable experience and stay.

We have stayed at Lost Key before and loved it, our hopes were high for this house. Unfortunately our stay started on a rough note. Our check in packet was not in the box as it should have been and we didn’t get to go in the house for an hour and a half after check in time of 4:00.
Once we were in the house we realized that there was not two queen mattress. There was 2 fulls, 2 twins and one queen. Not what we expected.
Later that night we went down to the pool and figured out only one key card worked. We contacted management and was told they would call the HOA and get back with us. We never heard back. We made it work for the week we stayed but on Friday when our party split up we had to call management and let them know that part of our party needed access to the pool. They advised that one of our party could call them and they would go down and let them in.
Even with all this going on we still enjoyed our time and will be coming back to Perdido. Don’t know that we will book this particular house but we will be back.
