Southern Cross Luxe Retreat

Property had a beautiful view seperate bedrooms with everything ready and hosts happy to accommodate

At first was difficult to find and only having one key did make it difficult at times but completely understandable and we managed to work it out.

The apartment is in a fabulous location opposite Southern Cross Station and had fantastic views. It was spacious and clean and the pool facilities were an added bonus.

Getting the key was slightly difficult as the code wouldn't work for the lockbox for the first few attempts. Also, there needs to be clearer direction on accessing the pool as our key wouldn't allow us access and we had several visits to the concierge.

Had a wonderful stay and We will definitely stay again

The location was perfect for the reason we visited. The building felt secure and modern, and the apartment itself was comfortable. Having access to Netflix on the TV was a fantastic touch and made our stay more enjoyable.

The apartment was not clean, which was very disappointing. There was also a strong smell of cats, which aggravated my allergies. Although we received instructions on how to access the apartment, they were quite confusing. When we arrived, I had to travel to another location to collect the key, which was inconvenient and not clearly explained. Additionally, there was no iron in the apartment, even though it was listed as included.
