Ritz Grand Retreat

Host sent out instructions for the key collection and the entire process was easy and hassle-free. The apartment was easy to find - less than 10 mins walk from Spencer Outlet Centre. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. We travelled with a toddler and the apartment was clean and spacious enough for her to run around and play. There wasn't any detergent when we wanted to use the washer. Informed the host and he delivered some the next day - efficient! Location wise was great since it was near the outlet centre and tram stations. There's even a nice coffee and matcha place downstairs, and also an asian mart nearby.

We found some dirty rags in the washer. Not really an issue since we took them out before using the washer but we had to wipe clean before starting a cycle.

The location is very convenient. The unit is very neat, clean and comfortable.

Very clean, different shampoo/conditioner options. Great indoor pool, and the extra towels provided on request were appreciated.

Blinds control in master bedroom was hard to reach for someone as short as me, but not a big deal overall.

We stayed here for just one night with our young child. The keys were easy to collect from box right across the road and communication and instructions from host easy to understand. Location was great and close enough to everything we needed.

The apartment was homely but benches in the kitchen were not clean at all. Complimentary tea bag’s tasted stale and not enough sugar. No TV remote which made using the TV difficult. The bed and sofa bed are not very comfortable and there was a dirty used Bandaid in the drawer under the bed. Also pretzel crumbs. Bedding was clean though and there were plenty of towels and face washers. Shower pressure was pretty terrible and water didn’t stay a consistent temperature. Neighbours also very loud at 5:30am in the morning! Screaming and shouting loud!
