Lyon 4e Croix Rousse Maison complète Jardin

This is an amazing house and perfect for a group of adults. We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and great to have a pretty garden too. Excellent location in a lovely part of Lyon. 2 steps from the Boulevard with its daily market and loads of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Also a very quick and frequent bus service into the centre. Great host too. Highly recommend.

Lots of space to spread out and spend time as a family. Short walk to local shops and markets. Short walks to historical land marks. Loved the tortoises 🐢 very cute and active.

N/A Suggestion - shower screens to stop water getting on the floor. Stronger glassware

The house is beautiful so much more than we expected. It is in a fantastic location.

Nothing not to like

Both the home itself and its location were excellent. Marie is a delightful host, who went out of her way to make certain that our stay was enjoyable. We ended up exchanging photos of our respective vacations, as friends. Her home is large and tastefully decorated, with modern accessories. There are many objects d’art (this plus the stairs make this home better for adults than young children). There are a total of three floors, plus basement (where the washer is). The entire home has clearly been redone; while it is an old structure, like most in Lyon, from the inside you would think it is completely new. One rarity in Europe - two of the three bedrooms have bathtubs, and one has a shower, for a bit of luxury. Our stay was lovely in all respects! Thank you Marie!
