Bon emplacement, près de la mer/plage. On a pu se garer sans trop de problèmes dans la rue d à côté. Un lave linge et un sèche linge à disposition. Communication facile et agréable
Isolation phonique un peu juste, on entend beaucoup les chanteurs du bar un peu plus loin, certains soirs assez tard. La terrasse est bien, mais partagée avec l autre logement qui peut squatter....
