La atención es muy amable, te esperan a la entrada y acompañan a la salida. Las instalaciones generales son hermosas. Muy destacable la limpieza, tanto de la habitación como de la cocina y zonas comunes. La relación precio calidad respecto de la habitación y la ubicación está muy acorde. La ubicación es cómoda, a minutos caminando del castillo, siempre teniendo en cuenta que se está en un barrio, con ambiente local y no turístico.
Lo único para indicar es que la habitación casi no tenía ventilación natural, sólo una pequeña ventana en el baño difícil de acceder, aunque el aire acondicionado y el ventilador funcionaban impecablemente.

El lugar donde esta ubicado es muy inseguro. Abundan las pandillas y los atracadores
