Absolutely 5 stars. The location couldn’t be better: right in front of Castillo de San Andrés with stunning views from the room. The outdoor pool was incredible and made the stay. Staff, comfort, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The location made it easy to access many areas of Cartagena. I walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Breakfast was fantastic!! I woke up early went to the fort no lines, no waiting, got there before the massive crowds.
The only sad part was the rooftop pool was closed. That would have been amazing!

It’s close to the castle of San Felipe and the air conditioning is very cold when it’s boiling hot outside 🙏😀

Beautiful view of the castle and about 20 minutes walking distance to other attractions but tbh it’s so hot taxi is more comfortable alot of time.
Restaurant staff were super.
Breakfast was okay and lunch was fantastic. They also make a great cocktails. Served until 10am woohoo. Late checkout 12pm also great.
Rooms are huge and good amenities. Would be great to have kettle is the only thing.
Pool was quiet while I was there and in the shade which is good after a day in the humidity.
Huge mall close by(casino inside and lots of food options) but don’t worry it’s camouflaged. I was glad because I needed a number of items and the aircon was great.
Arrived at 2:10 and room was not available, checkin is 3 but I get the feeling that they don’t do early checkin at all.
