Location was great and had almost everything we need
If you need internet, then maybe look elsewhere because internet did not work during our entire stay

This is a lot of property and options for family get togethers. Beds supremely comfortable. Space and quiet. Good value.
We needed to get some more supplies as some normal short stay sundries (dishwashing tablets, tea bags) were depleted. I didn’t really mind and a lot of the time this can be due to previous guests taking them home. Just be prepared to do a stocktake on arrival.

The location was great for wine tours/ location to restaurants and many attractions.
The house was very unkept. Not clean and dirt and spider webs, previous peoples make sponges on benches, empty drink cans in cupboard and No Toaster!!!
The pool cues were missing the tips so couldn’t play pool, couldn’t use big projector in the theatre room as it doesn’t turn on, and the gardens exterior were very unmaintained. Over grown and you couldn’t use outside lawn on a nice day.
And there was no WIFI either. A bit disappointed.
