It was quite secluded.
Access to the cottage was a little tricky for my husband who uses a walker as it had a few steps.

Lovely hosts who were very accommodating. The cottage was very homely and comfortable.

The location was naturally beautiful, and the interior was so cozy and quaint. The owner was very kind, leaving breakfast in the fridge and checking that we had enough food. Kitchen had an oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge, everything you’d need in a kitchen for a weekend stay. Highly recommend!
In the night and the wind, branches would tap on the windows quite loudly, but I think that’s just part of the woodsy environment.
