The hotel manager and staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Hotel manager helped to carry our 20 kg luggages up to level 4 as there is no lift. Kindly allowed us to late check out as well. The atmosphere in level 1 library is cosy and quiet. I managed to do clear some work tasks and school homework there. There is free coffee machine, coffee syrup, tea and water dispenser and nice cafe music. Everyone can gather in the library to hang out or read book. The room is very clean and comfortable, love that there is separate toilet and shower. Love the smell of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel!

We can't key in the correct hotel location in Uber nor kride so the drivers drop us at random streets and we just walk back to the hotel🤣

The lobby (library) was super cute. The room was very nice. Spacious.

There is no staff on site. There are very responsive on WhatsApp. There aren’t sheets on the bed. I confirmed with management. Check out at 10am is a bit early in my opinion.

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to the main shopping street, markets and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and a good size.

The hotel has NO DEDICATED PARKING which is unclear in the listing - when we arrived street parking was not available so we had to pay to park in a multistory lot several blocks away and walk to the hotel with our bags. There is also no elevator so be prepared to walk up 4 floors with bags. Its a shame as this hotel seems to be marketing the downstairs library more than its rooms, and as a result a lot of key comforts are missing. No water is provided, and the rooms don't have proper quilts or TVs, which was standard everywhere else we stayed. Our fridge also didn't work. For the price point, there are better hotels in Jeju City which provide all amenities and dedicated parking, and are still well located.
