    Perfect location. Close to everything. Excellent parking service. Nice entertainment in room.

    Firstly the room was super spacious, came with an arcade game machine and water filter. Was also really clean. Hotel also has laundry room and small functional gym. Location was also really good - walkable to the shopping street. But there were quite a few drain flies coming out from the toilet, and ended up all over the room :/ there were also mosquitoes in the room so we got bitten at night. And the staff are very rigid and NPC-like. The instructions for valet are to call 15 minutes before you need your car. But I thought maybe I could call earlier to request for it while I packed and got ready so I called one hour before I needed it. Because the day before we could also directly ask the valet staff for our car at a specific time. But the front desk staff was very confused when I asked for it for one hour later. And after a bit of back and forth he said please call only 10 minutes before you need the car. Bruh. Honestly would’ve preferred it if they just had their own dedicated carpark space instead of having to rely on the valet service.

    Rooms were clean and spacious. Some came with PS5 or arcade games, which is great for children. Only downside is the parking is quite limited. If the carpark is full, they may ask you to park at another carpark about 3 mins walk away. Staff were helpful, but didn’t seem too friendly.
