    Our stay at Jeju Oriental Hotel & Casino completely fell short of our expectations. The hotel's name includes a casino, which we had definitely planned to visit, along with the sauna. Both of these amenities—the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place—were under renovation and completely unavailable during our stay. Furthermore, while the hotel looks very premium in the photos, the reality is that the rooms are very worn down. The paint on the furniture and doors was visibly peeling in many places. Overall, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The only saving grace was the friendly staff and the relatively nice surrounding area.

    Very nice place in Jeju to stay. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend not just to have breakfast, but offer lunch and dinner as well. But other than, I enjoyed my stay. It was accessible to everything you needed. My room the amazing view of the ocean.

    Outdated rooms, faulty power/lighting, prehistoric decor, outdated charging points, weak air conditioning, wifi is pitiable. The hotel needs a renovation. Regret staying here.
