This has been the most beautiful place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Very peaceful waking up with the sound of the birds. The place is big and comfortable, we were going to stay only 2 nights and ended staying almost a week! The owner of the place and his family have been the most kind people that we got to know in Sri Lanka, always helpful, friendly and brining us every morning the most delicious meals with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for more and I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone visiting Sri Lanka.
Everything was amazing. Nothing bad to say about this place!

Accomodation:
We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, cool & cozy bedroom and relaxing porch. We planned to stay only one night, but it was so relaxing we had to stay another!
Surroundings:
The beach is only a few minutes by foot away. We saw turtles while snorkeling!
Nothing. We can only recommend!

The room itself was great with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hot water attached. It’s located in a quiet area, a 10 minute local bus ride to Tangalle town.
There’s a veranda which was lovely for breakfast. Fan and air conditioning available inside. Upul and his family are lovely people, super accommodating and helpful. The location is a short walk to Goyambokka beach and a 15 minute walk to Silent beach.
The tap in the bathroom was a little loose so at times a bit difficult to operate, but didn’t pose a problem.

Upul and his family were so warmhearted and welcoming towards us, always at hand to provide some assistance to plan our onward trip and advice about the region. You can’t ask for more hospitality really!
The breakfast was extensive and it varied each day.
It was a very spacious room with a big kingsize bed.
There is a private bathroom (hot water) and also a private kitchen equipped with big fridge freezer and all cooking utensils you might need.
Many different lights, AC and ceiling fans to make you feel comfortable.
Hardly anything not to like.
