It was surprisingly good, the outside of the motel wasn't good to look at. But the unit itself was amazing. Really comfortable and quiet. Air-conditioning unit worked well and was new/up to date unit. I will stay there again. So I would recommend it for a nice budget unit. The staff were very accommodating too.
Parking is a little cramped. I was on a motorbike, so the security was good. No issues.

Modern well furnished bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom was very cold as was the kitchenette. The kitchenette should have had a small fridge. Large kitchenette but mostly empty cupboards. No dish rack to dry dishes or tea towels, we ended up getting paper towels from our host. The small table and chairs were in the bedroom when really if the kitchenette was designed properly That's where it should have been.

Clean space
We didn’t realise that we would be accommodated with other paying members in the house. The walls need to be soundproofed as you can hear others in the living areas. The description given does not match up to what is available in the space I.e. fridge The parking option needs to be more descriptive as when we arrived there was no parking available on the road, only on the grass verge in front of the house however once we met our host it was explained that we could park around the back of the property!
