    The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience pleasant overall. I’m giving one star less due to the check-in process. I didn’t receive any email in advance with instructions for the entrance door entry, so I had to wait outside the building until someone opened the door and assisted me with check-in. In addition, the call connection on the iPad provided was not stable, and the staff often had to repeat themselves. Improving communication and the check-in setup would make the experience much smoother.

    The hotel was within walking distance of Miebashi Station, and the room itself was clean. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as non-smoking. Unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules and smoked in their rooms and in common areas. Smoke entered my room, which made my stay uncomfortable. I reported this to the staff several times, but no action was taken. The staff appeared indifferent, and I was disappointed with their response. I would not recommend staying here.

    泊港とまりん、コンビニも直近で、モノレール駅や国際通りも徒歩圏内。新しくキレイなホテルでした。 ファミリーで泊まりましたが、こども達はスクリーンを楽しんでいました。1階の部屋でゲストの出入りの音が少し気になりましたが、逆に子供達の声を気にしなくてよかったので配慮に感謝です。 洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、是非またフライト前後に利用したいと思いました。

    Air conditioner was not working for whole night and we slept without air conditioner and no one can really help. Carpet in the lobby was very dirty Lots of dust on the table, water heater and safe deposit box
