Very clean house with comfortable beds. Good location.., 5 minutes walk to centre of Ormskirk. Very friendly host who kept in touch and responded promptly to messages.
Curtains would be good in the bedrooms... gets very bright in the summer.

Location was perfect. Property was clean and well presented.
The bedrooms only had blinds on and didn’t block enough of the early morning light. Would benefit from black out curtains so a little more sleep was possible. Also dresses the windows.

Four of us had tickets for a couple of days at The Open at Royal Birkdale so picked here as our base. The first thing you notice is that the place is spotlessly clean. It’s in a great location and we walked into town both nights for a few beers and some dinner. Sue was great to deal with and was very helpful.
