Excellent trip to see uni. Property was perfect for what we needed.

Location was excellent. 5 mins walk into town. 15/20 min walk to uni. Very good public transport to area. Host was very informative and happy to answer any questions you may have.

The best, easy to get in and leave, tv in every room everything you need inc air fryer, perfect for familys

Walking distance of a charming little town and great food!! Short Train ride into Liverpool which is cheaper for a day pass than parking in Liverpool centre for a whole family. The property was extremely clean, had everything you needed inc coffee tea sugar on arrival. A train line runs at the back of the house my kids absolutely was thrilled every time it passed.

I’d of preferred a bigger dinning table but as it happened we ate out and the food was stunning.

The house was immaculate. Fantastic facilities. Great location to town and University.

Be mindful of the metro line located at the end of the garden. It didn’t bother us but might annoy some lighter sleepers.

Excellent for our 2 night stay 🙂

The house was modern, clean, & there was everything we needed, even an air fryer & slow cooker, though we didn't use them. We all said how comfortable the beds were. The location suited us as we have family nearby. Off road parking was a bonus.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Minor detail but the bathroom door latch did not work and it was not possible to lock it. It wasn't a problem for us as a family, but could be if different families/contractors were using the property The front double bedroom door does not shut properly either and needs to be adjusted to fit properly.

Very good because of the easy access to the lovely town centre and the person I was visiting.

No food was provided for me to have, I was able to easily walk to the town centre to cafes.

I had to book this accommodation which was much bigger than I required as a single person which was in suitable distance from the town centre for someone without their own transport.

Amazing friendly accommodation fab host.

The communication and friendliness from the start. Sue came across both professional and caring. We had made some requests that she immediately answered and accommodated. Shr also gave us local advice on the location even somewhere to hang out. We were super happy with our stay the house was beautiful!!! We stayed with Our Daughter son-in-law and grandaughter, and the two living areas meant we could relax in our separate ways. Fast WiFi for us all and a smart tv. Will recommend and stay again. If you will have us Sue? 😆

Fantastic stay in a great house.

Lovely clean & comfortable house in a quiet area. Very convenient for travelling to Liverpool by train, only 10 minutes walk to the station. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a few days or longer. The area is so quiet but handy to town centre. Shops & supermarkets only a few minutes walk. Sue was a great host, always very responsive to any queries.

Stayed while visiting family in the area. House was as described. Quiet and safe area. Excellent

Clean, well equipped, quiet and safe location. Pictures are accurate. Railway runs at the rear of the house but don't let that put you off. The trains don't run over night and we hardly noticed them at other times. Good communication with Sue throughout. Very smooth Check-in and Check out. Excellent value and a excellent accommodation, we will use again.

Perfect for families

Lovely comfortable home, very clean and well equipped, the Host has thought of everything, we even found board games to play. We were in Ormskirk to visit family and have already booked another stay in this beautiful property. Conveniently located for the shops and the road was very quiet. Had a lovely secure garden which unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy because of the weather but it would be fantastic in the summer months.

Would recommend providing full-length mirrors for people to use to get ready.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property, it is very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay there again.

The property was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a longer stay, although we were only there for two nights.

There are couple of very minor issues to mention. A welcome booklet with information about recycling and bin collection would have been handy. A non slip mat in the shower would also have been helpful especially when older generations are using the shower. Hanging space was limited to the main bedroom and stronger hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be better, even if they are fitted over the door.

Perfect stay, perfect host, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The property was perfect, very modern, very comfortable, immaculate and overall a beautiful property and fabulous stay all in all. Sue was just wonderful, kept in touch, gave very clear instructions on how to get in etc, she was pleasant and very welcoming. The throws and rolled up towels on the beds etc. were a lovely touch. The house smelt divine when we walked in and the photos really didn’t do the property justice. We loved the little enclosed garden too. We sat out in the sun and were able to do our daughter a little Easter egg hunt outside. Everything in the property that we could have possibly needed and the beds were super comfortable. Very peaceful and comfortable stay.

Nice quiet street but only a 5 minute walk to Morrisons or M & S. House was lovely, a real home from home. I could tell that a lot of effort had been put into making it comfortable. Easy check in and good Communication Highly recommended 👌
