Spacious apartment with very helpful host!

Large apartment with two bedrooms, living room, large kitchen and bathroom. Nice outdoor space (when the weather cooperates). Reasonably quiet. Fernando is one of the sweetest, most helpful host you'll ever encounter! Make sure to contact him for any issue, for restaurant recommendations, and to show you how to use the shower taps to get perfect water temperature. (His family lives above).

During cold rainy days in January, the apartment gets cold and damp. This could be helped with a space heater. Although there is a full kitchen, the lack of counter space and some basic stuff like a cutting board makes it challenging to prepare food. The stove is old-style and you need a lighter/matches to get it going. Also note that there is no toaster and hair dryer, in case you need those things.

Die Vermieter sind super nett, auf Nachfrage haben wir noch einen Föhn bekommen und viele Tipps für Essen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ein kleiner "Laden" in der Küche für den Kleinen Hunger in der Nacht war da, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la alameda y principales atracciones de la zona. anfitriones muy amable y siempre dispuestos a apoyar en lo que se necesita. Muchas gracias.

No depende totalmente de los anfitriones creo, pero poder estacionarse en la cochera es un poco complicado, afortunadamente con su ayuda se pudo lograr.
