Good price but our room was way to small

The staff was really friendly and the hotel is perfectly located to explore the city center.

Unfortunately the room was really small and with big luggages there was barely space to open them without blocking the whole space. The shape of the room we had was absolutely not ideal. Good we only had to stay here for one night.

Great staff, the girl at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Great location.

Have you ever been sleeping in a cave ? Try room #14. The window in the room is on the inside stairs, so zero natural light. And it was so noisy, never had an hotel room so noisy.

crazy layout at this place

location except for parking

I actually walked out of the place and did not stay. Crazy room layout and it was weird to find my room. I had asked for lower level and got room 302. When I opened the door and it almost hit the bed I realized it would not work at all for me and my dog.

I liked the location for my early morning hike up Cerro del Borrego to watch the sunset, it's just a few minutes walk from the entrance. The rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing special for the price.

The wifi was awful. I stayed in two different rooms and they were just as bad as each other. There's so many routers and networks in the hotel but yet nothing really works. Even my phone barely worked inside the hotel. I needed to stay an extra night and booked directly with the hotel so breakfast was included for that night. What a waste of time breakfast was, not worth the trip down the stairs.

Location great, right by park. Nice to have an elevator. Very clean.

Front desk guy could be much friendlier. Bed very hard and could use a thick blanket just for weight. Only one towel provided tho we were given en a small thin second one when asking.

if you have never experienced tenement apartment living, try this place

across the street from Alameda park

they charged our credit card 3 days prior to arrival…..even though we were supposed to have up to 24 hrs cancellation. we were given a cramped inside room, no fresh air, no natural light. The first night was filled with noises from other rooms…toilets flushing,showers running,babies crying and parents yelling at kids. We asked to change rooms for the second and third nights , the staff was uninterested in helping. The clanking of pots and pans from the kitchen starts early with happy loud music and voices and continues late. The staggering odor of corn oil frying permeates the inside of the whole building as the kitchen is not properly exhausted. 3 sleepless nights

In the Booking.com photo for the suite I paid for, there was a desk, but not in the room I was given. When I mentioned this, they said I would have to pay more. Then after I argued they said they would bring me a table and chair, but they never did.

A comfortable stay in a friendly hotel situated near to the centre, cable car and river walk.

A modern, clean, comfortable hotel, close to a park and a five minutes walk to the centre of town, cable car and river walk. The staff were all friendly and efficient. If coming by bus, there are two stations which are reachable on foot. I extended my stay. Recommended.

Good location, bad sleep quality

Important- read what I did not like as well, if you like sleeping. PROs: - perfect location - good room size for the price - good mattress - perfect shower with hot water - reasonable price of the economic room

CONs : - the walls are very thin. Anything that the people in the other room are doing is heard. If they wake up early and are not keeping silence, it's a living hell. - The room doors are very close to eachother and don't have any type of isolation - when someone doesn't pay attention on how strong is shut the door, it feels like your own door is being slammed. - if there's wind outside, the lack of isolation makes the door vibrate and make noise, that can wake you up.

Breakfast was very good, ham and cheese omelet and cafe with pastry for seventy pesos. A fantastic park right across the street from the hotel. Easy walk to centro.
