Good location. The maid was very sweet. The wi-fi signal was consistent.

The lady who dealt with me-Hortensia-was so friendly and helpful-arranged a taxi for me when I was leaving.Eric was also friendly and approachable.The room was clean and serviced daily.A.C.worked well and sleep quality was good...plus a convenient location.Worth returning to.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were constantly offered tea and coffee. We were able to leave our bags with them on our last day, which was great. The location is excellent. Just a block from the cable car.

In the heart of the city. View on the mountain.

Weak WiFi signal in my room. I had to go out for a good signal. It took long for hot water to come and at the end the bathroom was overflowing. Even the hard working staff can change this old hotel not in a castle. Due to the high rate my expectations were maybe a bit to high.

Good value for the money

First and foremost, the staff was excellent. They were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to your needs. Coffee and tea was offered to me every morning. The room was spacious and clean. The property’s condition was reasonable for the price so don’t expect luxury. I recommend this place!!!

Great location close to attractions. Room small, no hot water my 3rd day. Fan did not work. But clean and comfortable and very close to main attractions. Cheap. No one spoke English. They did bring me a fan the 3rd day. Not luxury like NH hotel but decent. No pool. No window screens. They gave water each day and soap. Not bad.

Amazing Value for Money

The Location was very central in this wonderful town. I had an amazing view of the Mountain and the staff was super friendly! Bonus for me: I was able to use my Netflix on the SmartTV in the room.

Bonito para parejas delgadas.

El personal muy amable nos dieron regalitos esos detallitos valen mucho. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación es el hotel perfecto para una pareja ya que la cama es matrimonial. Es un hotelito que te saca de apuros. Pero la habitación es muy pequeña si (están gorditos no lo recomiendo).

No me gustó porque éramos 3 mi esposo, mi hijo y yo. Booking nos dió esa opción como decía habitación doble pensé que eran 2 camas luego llame al número que aparecía ahí que era un tour de viajes y me dijeron que eran 2 camas entonces me confíe. Y al llegar solo era una así que no estuvieron bien las noches ya que fue incómodo. Es una habitación muy pequeña, el baño también es demasiado pequeño y la verdad fué lo que menos me gustó. Le hace falta invertir a las instalaciones o por lo menos al baño porque si es muy feo. Y las sábanas son muy lisas se resbalan y están frías 🫠

Cuenta con wifi y está a una calle del teleférico a 3 de la zona céntrica. El personal es amable

Tuvieron un perrito llorando toooooda la noche (no de un huésped) No, NO cuentan con estacionamiento y el espacio que te alquilan (por 150 pesos) en el centro del hotel tiene una de las entradas de calle más incómodas que he visto, en definitiva pague un estacionamiento afuera. Te cobran deposito por los controles de t.v.

La ubicación del lugar, muy céntrica, a solo unos pasos del teleférico, 2 cuadras y media del mercado de artesanías, dos cuadras de una de las avenidas principales donde hay un banco y muchas tiendas y restaurantes

Solo hay un enchufe en la habitación, entiendo que posiblemente no puedan hacer una instalación eléctrica nueva, pero al menos pongan un multicontacto o algo, compartí mi habitación con mi pareja y teníamos que turnarnos para cargar el teléfono
