Loved the area, very peaceful but only a short walk to Koenji
Kitchen living area was a bit small for 5 guests, but worked.

Cute, authentic house with good sized beds. Good size for 5 people.
Bathing facilities are very rustic. Stairs are very steep and toilet downstairs. Unfortunately the kitchen lights stopped working. Staff offered solutions but they didn’t work. Offered to come next day but we were leaving.

Equipped with all the essentials like toothbrushes towels slippers etc. Heater works well. Getting in and out was easy. Ample beds to sleep.
The location is a bit too far from nearest train station. Carrying luggage that far is a bit of a challenge especially with small kids. The hot water was difficult to set. Its either too hot or not at all. Very hard to find a balance to get warm.
