The house was only three years old. Tastefully decorated and each of the four bedrooms had double beds with coordinated linen. Large, functional kitchen with basic supplies. Bathrooms were clean and supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. House is located in a new estate. Lovely sea views from the outdoor eatery and rear of the house. Not too far from the main shopping precinct in Kingscote, and a short walk to the beach. Free WiFi was a bonus.
Would have been handy to have a clock radio in the bedrooms and another TV, otherwise the house had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was fantastic, the house was very clean, well presented and comfortable, with a beautiful view. It was lovely and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax, and it felt like an ideal base for exploring Kangaroo Island. Being so close to the stunning beaches, especially Emu Bay, was a huge bonus.

Great 4 bed, 2 bathroom house with everything you’d need. Good location close to town centre and good water views. Highly recommend this home.
Only negative was the sharp corners of the bed bases.
