Beautiful house in the perfect location for visiting KI. The views outside especially at sunset were incredible, and we really loved the decor within the house. It felt homey and comfortable for a family trip.
Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a family of 7, safe to say this didn’t last long and seemed odd that there wasn’t spare rolls provided. The knives in the kitchen were so blunt that they literally couldn’t be used for anything. Minor things but both quite frustrating.

It is a beautiful large family home in an ideal location with sensational views around the property. Decorated in a lovely style which felt warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to KI and base themselves in Kingscote.
The only consideration would be to advise that the property is not easily wheelchair accessible due to all facilities being upstairs, however this could be easily rectified with a path to the rear of the property.

The property was nice and appropriately sized for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully functional.
Toiletries were minimal. Shampoo was not provided.
Even though we had paid for all 8 people in the group including children, I still got a message from the property manager that there were additional children present in our group and we had to sort the situation out.
