House was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Free Wifi. All this and it's pet friendly as well.

The place was comfortable with a lovely fragrance to welcome us. Beds were soft, bathroom were clean, kitchen had plenty of necessity to use for cooking, and the decor had a home like feel of the beach which was lovely.
Plenty of entertainment like board games and movies on Stan to relax and wind down.
Minor issue was something kept making rattling or banging sounds during the night so was quite disturbing but eventually ignored and slept through the night. May have been the wind blowing on the windows or the side fence.

Location to amenities and the center of town was good. Views of the water and quiet location was excellent.
kitchen cupboard containing the pots and frypan needed a better clean as they were greasy. The television should be connected to an external antenna to obtain free to air TV channels for ease of guests.
