Sunset Waters 15 & Free Buggy- Hamilton Island

The location was great

The fire alarm was going off and it took close to 24hrs to fix

Great views and big enough for a family of 4 adults. Loved the inclusion of the Buggy! Made life so much easier. Property is so handy to everything!

Bathroom needed a good clean.

The valet service and communication with the host was very good.

Leaking taps in outdoor area and shower, reported to management. Concerned as water is usually at a premium on Hamilton Is.

The golf buggy was awesome, the location was fantastic. And the view, wonderful! The staff member who did our transfer was so lovely & helpful! Beds were comfortable.

The apartment was very dirty, it needs a really good deep clean. It was on the cheaper side so I expected old but I didn’t expect it to be dirty. The kitchen is very old and needs a renovation, laminate lifting. Has a large burn mark near the sink. Even though the apartment is “self contained” some basics would have been nice, like salt and pepper… our welcome email also said some coffee would be supplied, it wasn’t. Also beds in second room on rollers, just rolled around the room with 2 kids. Seemed quite dangerous & was worried about the mirror with the bed so close to it.
