The Property needed some maintenance. Which resulted in the key lock no longer working when we returned to the property. Thus some of our party was locked for over 2 hours.Once we made a call a new master cod3 was issued.
The pre arrival app link did not work for us in the UK or when we arrived on the Island.
We requested late check out, 5 phone calls several text messages, only to be told we could not leave 2hours past the normal check out time. Even when luggage collection was at 11:00am one hour past the check out time.
We need3d to leave our luggage un attended in 5he property and leave.

Location is exceptional and property is extremely spacious.
Buggy was below average and made an awful squeaky sound while being driven, most embarrassing 😳
