La literie est très très confortable, bien situé et propre

Acomodação limpa, bem espaçosa e confortável.

A localização nos gerou certo sofrimento, pois para chegar a hospedagem é necessária uma subida íngreme e alguns lances de escada, além disso estávamos com malas pesadas. Então, acredito que o local seja ideal para quem não carregue malas. Por fim, a rua onde fica a acomodação é bem barulhenta.

The location was great. Out of all of Naples we liked the spanish quarter the most. Also the room itself was perfect with balcony and bath.

Good location

The property was not as advertised - when you book you see a lot of fancy room photos (those were the triple and quadruple rooms as we found out when we reached the property), and there was only one photo of the double room which we got. It was a massive disappointment when we saw the room, photos of which were not seen in the booking (they might have change it now - the person who was showing us the room, due to his disappointment complained to his boss over the phone in Italian, that this has been happening a second time this week). He also send us a screenshot of the key lock combinations of all the rooms - which is a serious safety violation (other inhabitants could theoretically open our room and vice versa). The double room is very small, not much place to even open a suitcase, the room is full of humidity. The bathroom and shower are inside the room only separated by thin wall that is not reaching the ceiling, so you can hear EVERYTHING and makes the room super humid. They also state that all the rooms have a sofa - also false. But the biggest problem, as stated above - is false advertising. Considering the price the room that we got - we overpaid a lot. There a lot of more economical options that I believe would deliver a better experience. If you consider this property - be aware of the things stated above and choose a triple or quadruple room.
