Paolo's excellent communications, helpfulness and availability. Made our check-in easy gave us plenty of suggestions and even arranged for airport transfers. Would definitely stay again.

Il manque : micro-ondes, ciseaux, patères dans l'entrée et les salles de bain
Le four ne fonctionne pas
La bouilloire avec des blocs de tartre dedans
Plusieurs ampoules cassées
Environnement très bruyant en particulier les voisins derrière la chambre principale
Pas de grille-pain, pas d'articles de toilette, pas de chaussons
Accès à l'appartement difficile à cause de la montée

Location is good in terms of being close to the historical centre. Lift was a good thing as quite a few stairs. AC worked well and helped with interior air quality.
Exhaust fumes from the street and garage downstairs and noisy so bring earplugs. Couldn't get the oven to work but not a big deal as we weren't planning on baking a cake. Google couldn't find the property so best you go to Murali Maradona and meet Paolo there!
