Appartamento bellissimo in posizione ottimale. Non si può chiedere di meglio

The apartment was very bright and clean. Location was also good

When we received the check in instructions via WhatsApp we were also told of the "defects" - no remote for the air conditioning in one of the rooms (which might not sound a big deal but considering the unit was mounted high on the wall makes it difficult to access when you have to actually use the main unit). We were also told not to move the single beds apart as they may break - they were in fact already broken with the two bed frames resting/balancing on each other - not safe enough when children are to use them really. They did provide a cot but were not able to provide a highchair despite giving at least 1 months of notice of the request. Also, the shower head did not fit into the holder meaning you had to hold the shower head for every shower and the bath ran too slowly to ever fill. Some of these things could easily be fixed for very little outlay. We also put the oven on and had a power cut. The team were very responsive and were quick to tell us how to turn it back on but it involved opening the electric gate manually and sorting from outside with the suggestion to maybe not have the air conditioning on at the same time as using the oven. We loved Bologna and the location but it was a difficult apartment to be in for a week
