Estupendo apartamento en el que destaco todo en general... cocina muy bien equipada, cama cómoda, el baño con todo lo necesario, una terraza increible... todos los espacios son amplios. Está muy bien situado, al lado de la estación central de guagas, supermercados y la playa a un pequeño paseo andando. Destaco la comunicación con la anfitriona fluida y rápida... dispuesta en todo momento y muy agradable en la conversación Totalmente recomendado.

Das Appartment befindet sich in der 5. Etage eines Gebäudekomplex. Es gibt drei Aufzüge. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Angenehm z.B. der Geschirrspüler. Es gibt zwei Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern. Gegenüber die zentralen Bushaltestellen, recht praktisch, wenn man vom Flughafen kommt oder mal keinen Mietwagen hat. Auf dem Balkon ist es nie wirklich ruhig. Tagsüber Verkehr und abends beschallt ein Restaurant die Gegend. Bis zum Strand / Promenade etwa 10...15 min. Supermarkt ca. 5 min zu Fuß.
Alles in der Küche war ein wenig knapp. Z.B. gab es genau drei Tassen. Egal, läuft der Geschirrspüler eben häufiger. Nur wenige Gewürze und z.B. Öl fehlte ganz, d.h. man musste fast alles erstmal kaufen.

It had all necessary kitchenware and facilities. It had been well cleaned. The apartment is on the fifth floor of an apartment block, access via lifts. It was convenient for catching a bus (opposite the bus station) and was about a 15 minute walk to the front.
I struggled a little to unlock the front door but that could just be me. It didn’t bother me, but it might be a little noisy for anyone seeking peace and quiet.
