About this apartment rental
Apartment in Edén building, 5th floor. Only 8 min. walk to "Cristianos" beach. Around the flat you can find supermarkets, terraces, commercial zone, emergency service 24h/7days and the main bus station where you can access to the airport, other beaches and the most important attractions in the island. Terrace west view (nice sunset), you can see the sea and the mountain. The most typical restaurants are less than 5 min walking. Community swimming pool in the building and it's very easy to park.
70 square metres apartment with elevator. Full equiped with cozy, modern and new furniture.
WiFi router.
Two bedrooms: the 1st one with double sofa-bed that can convert on a "king size" bed 2x2m and the other with two single beds with flat TV. You will have bed linen and towels.
Bathroom with body gel and shampoo, patry with iron and ironing board, whasing machine.
Open kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, oven, freezer, dishes, cooking utensils, kettle,... You will have all you need for a long stay. You will feel like home!!
Living room with sofa (or double sofa-bed that can be converted on a "king size" bed 2x2m) or a single bed 105 cm. Nice flat TV screen 48" where you can connect your Netflix account and search on YouTube. DVB-T Spanish channels and Satellite German channels on the TVs. Table and chairs for up to 6 people. Books in several languages (english, french, italian, spanish, russian, portuguese, german,... you can change every book in the bookstore "Barbara". Speaker with CD and USB connection. Everything that you need to feel like home.
Covered terrace facing west, very sunny in the afternoon and evening. For 4-6 people with nice views to the sea and the mountain. You will enjoy wonderful sunsets.
Community swimming pool in the third floor, very close to the apartment. Timetable: from 10 am to 9 pm.
Free parking back and in front of the building.
My sister Vera lives in los Cristianos. She will give you the keys and she will help with all your doubts when you need.
Vera also can inform you about what to do in the island because she is specialized on it. She speaks spanish, english, french, italian and a little bit german!
When you arrive, you will find a welcome basket, water, cold beer and a first day breakfast in case you arrive late and you don't have the opportunity to buy it :)
The apartment is located in what is called "cultural center of Los Cristianos". Is a excelent location with a lot of services down the building. Quiet residential area that is perfect to enjoy your holidays:
The main bus stop is behind the building.
A lot of taxis around.
Plenty of free parking around.
Shopping zone, several restaurants and terraces in the lower floor.
Emergency Service 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week also in the lower floor.
Short walk to "Los Cristianos" sand beach and other typical places in "los Cristianos" where you will find a great variety of restaurants of all types like canarian and spanish typical food, italian, indian, chinese, lebanese, english and american restaurants,.. We can recommend you!
Very quiet zone that is perfect to relax in the night without night pubs noise.
The "Los Cristianos" main bus stop (or "guagua") is located only at 20 metres from the flat. From this point you can access to: airports, other beaches, charming villages, tourist atractions...Some bus connections are free.

50 m to the big supermarket "SuperDino".
650 m to "Los Cristianos" sand beach. 7-8 minutes walking
900 m to "Los Cristianos port" that gives you access to the other Canary
islands, , Spanish peninsula, etc... 9-10 minutes walking.
900 m to "Las Vistas" beach. 9-10 minutes walking.
20-30 min pleasant walk through "las Vistas beach" promenade and you
arrive to "las Américas" beach zone.
3 km to "las Américas Golf club".
4 km to "Siam Park" acuatic park. The best in Europe.
5 km to natural animal park "Jungle Park"
15 km to Tenerife Sur "Reina Sofía" airport. Bus line 111 leaves you in front of
the apartment. If you prefer a taxi, the cost is around 20€-25€

our experience in this apartment was amazing. it is clean and fully furnished. more than that it is equipped with everything you can think of. if felt like staying with a friend, not in rental apartment. the balcony is gorgeous, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. the location is amazing and the host is very friendly and helpful.

My wifi and I are just back from a three week stay in this Apartment. Our adult Daughter came out from Scotland and stayed with us for one week, at no extra charge. The Apartment is very clean, modern and very well equipped for self catering. It has absolutely everything you need from loads of towels and spare bedding etc. Nuno's sister Vera met with us on arrival, showed us around and gave us the keys. It is in a prime location in Los Cristianos near the supermarket, bus station, bars, restaurants and a short 10 minute stroll to the harbour area. We have been coming to this area of Tenerife for many years and we rate this apartment as our No. one place to stay.
It was a bit of a disappointment that we were not able to watch English speaking chanels on the lovely big TV, as we thought satalite TV meant we would get English BBC and ITV etc, so we had to buy daily newspapers to keep up with world and home events. I am sure Nuno will sort this out for us when we hope to book again next year. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who loves staying in first class accomodation, in a central location and a very quiet peaceful block with lovely views from the large balcony.

Beautiful apartment, everything we needed, lovely layout. Big balcony, comfortable beds. All kitchenware, towels, linen, and even welcoming breakfast were provided.
Secure entrance to the building. Communal swimming pool is clean and have sunbeds around.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Location is so close to everything yet quiet to get good sleep. Beach is in 10 min walk, nice restaurants and local shops, Dino supermarket and bus stops are in stone throw. It takes only 15 min to get Airport on the bus N 40 from there.
Communication with owner was great. Very helpful.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Los Cristianos.
