The apartment had all utensils you need for a self-catering stay, we didn’t struggle to cook and prepare meals. The place was very clean, spacious, lovely sea view from the balcony. Pool area was spotless and very secure.
Very minor aspect is it’s up the top of the hill, but we walked it from the nearby bars each day/night without needing a taxi.

Location is fine just 15 min walk to Los Cristianos down hill. The only problem is the hill back up is extremely steep. I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues.
The apartment was clean. The shower head needs replacing and some investment in good bed linen would make all the difference. My top sheet was a duvet cover used as a top sheet. I was on my own so not aa huge issue for a man but if my partner was with me she would not have been happy.

La colazione è sempre stata fatta nell'alloggio, quindi molto bene. Posto in luogo silenzioso ma ben servito anche se noi avevamo l'auto.
Mi sentirei di dire qualcosa sul letto che x noi era troppo ridotto. Poteva essere più largo, quindi un vero letto matrimoniale. Per il resto siamo stati soddisfatti.
I parcheggi x le auto ce ne sono tanti, ma a volte non sono sufficienti x il numero di turisti.

Great communication with the owner, who allowed me to drop my bags early. Nice appartment with good view and access to the pool. Comfy bed and lounge area, with terrace
Some of the furniture and fittings are a little tired. A couple of lights not working. Crockery was dirty and needed a good clean before using.
