st michael

Everything was perfect. I booked it for my relatives and they were really happy with the stay especially the kitchen because there was everything that is needed for cooking.

I had called the owner to ask somethings before check in but they did not answer.

Fully equiped

I did not actually stay in the apartment as I could not open the door. I had been told that the door was complicated. As my flight was delayed and I only arrived at 2am, I could not contact anybody, so I had to sleep on the roof. Why I gave it a good rating is how they handled the situation. My money was returned and Rachel, who looks after the aprtment, suggested I shower and then relax in the apartment. I did that and it turned a horrible experience into a good one.
