I did not actually stay in the apartment as I could not open the door. I had been told that the door was complicated. As my flight was delayed and I only arrived at 2am, I could not contact anybody, so I had to sleep on the roof. Why I gave it a good rating is how they handled the situation. My money was returned and Rachel, who looks after the aprtment, suggested I shower and then relax in the apartment. I did that and it turned a horrible experience into a good one.

The check-in was convenient, especially since I arrived at night. The keys were left in an accessible place, so I was able to enter easily and go straight to my room. The location was close to the airport, making it quick to get there after the flight.The hostess provided clear instructions on how to get to the bus and avoid going in the wrong direction. Very friendly! 😊

I don’t have any negative comments, but the check-out time could be a bit later. 9 a.m. is a little early and Instead of a soft blanket, there could be a bedsheet or a thinner blanket for sleeping.:)

Parken schwierig, einige Haken zum Aufhängen diverser Jacken/Handtücher usw. wären hilfreich

La ubicación cerca de las paradas de bus y habitacion con aire acondicionado básica pero completa con toallas

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, sobretodo el baño que es lo único que utilizamos de la zona común. La atención de la anfitriona hicimos el check out a las 10:20 y a las 10:14 ya estaba escribiendo que estábamos haciéndolo tarde, el check in lo hicimos a las 20:30, creo que por 20 minutos era innecesario estar escribiéndonos continuamente para salir del apartamento. Si no estuviera la anfitriona y hubiera más limpieza sería de 10 el apartamento.
