Its worth a short stay.

The apartment is spacious for a family of 5. There are restaurant around and a couple of small supermarket. We were there for one night only. They assist with transportation to the airport. We needed to use transport out of their operating hours and the host was kind to find us a taxi.

The dishes are not well cleaned. Once you find one spoon or a couple of plates dirty, now you have to wash everything you going to use, so annoying.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for older guests because of the stairs, but the location was great.

We liked the small village. The restaurants were around the corner. The price was good and communication with the host was easy and parking was at the door. We did like the Christmas tree and the very large tv. For a one night stay with a flight out the next day the location was convenient.

The stairs to the first and second floor were dangerous. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor. The toilets were sketchy. The note on them said not to flush toilet paper? The kettle had something burned and dirty and was unusable. The bed was too hard for us.

Spacious and clean

Clean and has everything you need. Shuttle to the airport is 5€ per person. Stairs to first room in first floor and stairs to second room in second floor. Overall its very clean and spacious and 15 minutes to CDG airport by their shuttle service.

Perfect place to relax and refresh

It has comfortable beds and couches for relaxing, and really was thankful for the coffee pods ready to enjoy after a very long flight. Also was great to have some books and toys available for the kids.

The stairs are narrow and one should be careful especially with kids. But not a dislike, just a notice to walk carefully.

Great apartment close to CDG.

The apartment is in an excellent location for CDG airport. It's comfortable and clean with a large living room with lots of space.

The stairs to the second bedroom are narrow and steep, too much for one of us. The bathroom with a shower is off the first bedroom.

Avoid this accommodation

Btw, this review was done by Ed, not Silvana To sum it all up: there was not a lot I liked. The communication with the owner was very dissatisfying. I asked 4 times about the free shuttle they apparently offer according to Booking.com and their website. Only on the 4th attempt of contacting them, they responded back with: "I don't know". For the record, there is no shuttle at all. Then they would send us the access code at 3pm on the day we arrived. They never did - again I had to contact them at 4pm. They finally sent it to me.

Quite a bit. As explained before, there is no communication with them. Also, the bedrooms are on the first and second floor, and can only be accessed by a narrow, steep and winding stairs. So no way you can take your suitcase to your rooms. Also, you had to use the bathroom of the bedroom of the 1st floor, meaning that the person on the 2nd floor had to wait until the person on the first floor had vacated their room. Oh, no continental breakfast is offered (as they mention on their website). Also, it says there are 2 bathrooms. Not true: on the ground floor their is just a basic toilet.

A spacious, well appointed apartment, but difficult staircase.

Very clean, spacious apartment on the main drag in a working class village very close to CDG, about a 10 minute drive (not walking distance). Super quiet, in spite of being in the middle of the village, and lots of restaurants close by. I liked the fact that there a WC on the main floor, but the main bathroom is an ensuite off the master bedroom, so other beds either use that one or descend to the main floor. Very attractive main bathroom, well appointed kitchen, and a generous supply of coffee/tea. I didn’t realize it is actually 3 stories, with the master on the 2nd and the other beds on the 3rd.

I was surprised, and a little dismayed, by the staircase. I am older, and had to navigate the stairs carefully, as they are uneven, winding, and there is no handrail on either side - anyone with mobility issues should consider carefully. I was also disappointed the 'free airport shuttle' to and from airport that was offered when I booked months ago was no longer available, and they did not tell me until soon before arrival. Instead we had to Uber from the airport, and pay €10 to return to the airport the next day. Added significant cost I was not expecting, although I understand the reasons why. To make matters worse, they asked me to pre-pay the shuttle on-line, which I did, but then told me to pay the driver. When I told them I had already paid 2 days before, I did not receive a reply. Fortunately the driver accepted that we had pre-paid, although he had been told to ask us for payment.

A very comfortable place in a great location.

Great location in a cute village with restaurants etc within an easy walk, while still very close to the airport. A more character alternative to an airport hotel and a nicer way to finish a holiday, still feeling like you were in France. Would be good for families as it had plenty of space and toys etc for children. Very clean and outdoor area a bonus.

A fantastic apartment for CDG with a patio, free parking and restaurants next door

A very nice apartment, good size, comes with a patio and parking, excellent location for CDG and great restaurants just across the streat.

You are not allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet on the first floor, which for me makes it unusable. The other toilet, on the ground floor is tiny. Also, the shower panel leaks so that taking a shower will soak the floor. But apart from this a really good apartment.

Lovely place highly recommendations

Lovely area, fantastic place to stay such a beautiful home was very comfortable! Very nice restaurant across the road and nice store for essentials with friendly staff, lovely bakery across the road. I am a light sleeper and could not even hear the planes flying over. Very comfortable beds although could do with a fan in the bedrooms as too hot. I would definitely stay at this property again.

No sockets for UK adapters so had to buy a European plug for 30 euros at shop nearby. Had UK to Europe adapters with me but sockets have a prong sticking out of them that stop being able to use UK adapters. This is not good when need your phone charged so be aware need to take a European plug with you. Maybe host should provide some european adapters UK guests can use? Also could not use washing machine...asked host but never responded...was planning to use it as only had dirty clothes so this was quite a let down for us.

Modern house in a town close to CDG

It's a modern and well appointed house. Toys and games and outdoor table and 5 beds in total so would be a good for a family (if the children can cope with steep stairs). The shuttle was very efficient.

We didn't love the village and what it had to offer and the sound and smell of jet planes, but a super place if you need to be close to the airport.

Townhouse near CDG airport

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Super close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. This property is a 3 level townhouse that sleeps 5. There is plenty of hot water. A well equipped kitchen is available if you want to do some cooking.

It was a little hard to find using Google maps. The streets have signs, so just keep your head up, and you'll find pretty easily. Plus, the house has a sign on the front that has Petite Charles clearly labeled.

Great value

Great for a family with full facilities and lots of space. Coffee available..thank you. I had trouble figuring out the shuttle to airport and contact person was happy to help. Taxi ( from Paris) had trouble finding but I believe it was a them issue.

Ten times better than any hotel experience, VIP private shuttle service.

I love absolutely everything about this wonderful stay. Great value, very nice service from the private shuttle always on time and smiling, reactivity 10/10 from the landlords. Most important point, for less than a 10 square meter room in any hotel of the area I literally got a 3 floor villa just for me with a private backyard and the most charming stairway to access the rooms. Everything was clean. You have a huge smart tv and the most comfortable sofa for your relaxing time, there even if a very high quality Marshall Bluetooth speaker if you feel like dancing or just listening to a pleasant jazz track while having diner. Everything is close, the airports, restaurants and Parcs if you feel like a sunset hike. Ten times better experience than any hotel I’ve been to in the last 20 years around Roissy airport. I will be back with the whole family inchallah

Great value.

This place is great value for money and even though close to CDG the noise was not an issue. This place would be fantastic but for 2 things. The maintenance of the property could be improved. 1. A few things were broken (taps, shower connection) but not in such a way as you could not use them. 2. For me the mattress was far too hard. Nothing was wrong with it except a firmness rating of about 9.5/10. Everything went smoothly. The shuttle service was great.

広い一軒家タイプであり大人2人 & 子ども3人にて問題なく過ごすことが出来た。小さな子ども向けおもちゃが多少あり、子どもも楽しく過ごすことが出来た。

一見綺麗であるものの建物そのものは年季が入っており、例えばシャワーの温度調整が難しいなど。また建物内の暖房機器がそこまで多いわけではなく、結果特に足元が寒かった。

Très bonne expérience à la résidence "Petit Charles"

La maison "petit Charles" est extrêmement bien située (dans un petit village visiblement paisible) pour toutes personnes désireuses de se rendre au Parc Astérix (15min en voiture) ou à l'aéroport CDG (5min en voiture). La maison possède tout le confort nécéssaire (cuisine équipée, salon, coin repas, SdB, une chambre double avec salle de bain (étage 1) et une seconde chambre triple composées de lits simples). La place de parking extérieure gratuite est très appréciable.

- La température de la maison en arrivant car les chauffages étaient éteints (les températures extérieures étaient très basses). - La télécommande (TV) est HS. Nous avons allumé la TV grâce aux boutons physiques sur la TV. - La literie de la chambre double est moyenne (matelas très dur / raide !) - Quelques éléments de la salle de bain sont à revoir (ex. paroi vitrée de la baignoire qui menace de tomber, étanchéité discutable) - Quiproquo dans les réservations. Nous étions deux personnes à avoir réservé le logement aux mêmes dates (l'un via AirBnB, et moi via Booking). Nous avons découvert cela lorsque, vers 19h le second client a sonné à la porte (nous étions installés depuis 16h). Par chance, AirBnB a trouvé une solution pour reloger le client gratuitement.

Le logement est vraiment proche de l'aéroport. Le service de navette est très très apprécié. Le logement est agréable et a côté de plusieurs restaurants.

A réserver !

On a choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport, 10 minutes en voiture maximum, le transfert inclus du logement à l'aéroport. On a pu également laisser notre véhicule au logement pendant notre séjour à l'étranger pour un tarif très raisonnable de 80 € pour 10 jours. Pour le retour nous avons payé un supplément de 30 €pour avoir un transfert hors horaires définis. Penser à prendre le numéro de téléphone du transfert pour appeler au retour. On a passé 1 seule nuit, mais on a pu voir un petit jardin avec possibilité de manger dehors et nombreux jeux et jouets pour enfants. Manque peut-être une barrière de sécurité entre la chambre à letage et lescalier

Arrived late and left early, so didn’t get to fully enjoy it. Quaint property. More basic than luxurious, but very homely. It was very clean, orderly and well equipped. Had everything we needed, including access to WiFi fibre and private parking right next to the house. Children loved the LED lights in the top floor bedroom. Super property, especially for a family.

Estupendo

El lugar es muy tranquilo, el anfitrión atento y el lugar espectacular para descansar. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, nos dejaron café y té, cosa que agradecemos mucho porque al llegar hacía frío y estaba lloviendo.

No hay muchos lugares que visitar, me dí una vuelta al vecindario y era el único en la calle caminando. No hay mucho movimiento de personas en la calle.

Excellent logement pour se reposer après un long voyage

Logement spacieux, accueillant et confortable. C’est clairement l’endroit idéal pour se reposer après 20 jours de voyage et 15h de vol… On s’y est sentis vraiment très bien. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour la prestation.

Nous aurions aimé un petit peu plus de flexibilité pour le check-in et le check-out : check-in à 16h alors que notre avion est arrivé à 13h30, et le lendemain check-out à 10h alors que notre train était à 15h30. L’aspect propreté pourrait également être un peu amélioré, c’était propre dans l’ensemble mais pas nickel.

Logement au Top 👌

Le logement est spacieux, confortable et propre (avec petite cour très appréciable) Les chambres sont séparées avec une bonne literie et TV dans chaque chambre. Les ustensiles et équipements sont nombreux. L endroit est calme avec restaurants (fast food) et petite supérette juste a côté ! Entrée et sortie autonome. Possibilité de garer la voiture juste devant le logement. Je recommande le logement à 100 %.
