Wonderful, spacious apartment in quiet location. Two bathrooms great bonus. Safe parking garage. Well equipped kitchen.

Eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit gigantischer Deckenhöhe. Lichtdurchflutet, modern eingerichtet, mit eigenem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Direkte Anbindung mit 3min Fußweg an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in alle Richtungen und trotzdem ungemein ruhig. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der kleine Garten. Er ist nach hinter raus gelegen und damit idyllisch leise. Leider ist er dadurch schattig, was im Sommer sicherlich ganz schön sein kann, aber er schien etwas vernachlässigt: löchriger rasen und ein paar vertrocknete Blumen und Sträucher. Dafür ist hier aber an genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten gedacht.

Przestronne, bardzo ładne mieszkanie w kamienicy, blisko centrum Pragi. Można wiele zwiedzić pieszo. Idealne dla dwóch par, dwie osobne łazienki. Mimo że mieszkanie jest w centrum to jest bardzo cicho. Do tego miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
Mieszkanie odebraliśmy z brudnymi naczyniami w zmywarce i ręcznikami śmierdzącymi wilgocią, co trochę popsuło bardzo dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Gdyby nie to, byłoby 10/10.
