Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.
No parties allowed. Please respect the peace of other residents.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 in line with Czech regulations.
Communication will be handled via the platform you used for booking.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and proper use of appliances.
Take care of the keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for any key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 400 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.

This apartment could not have been more perfect for our stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket of fruit, Prosecco and special tea. They even had a charming Christmas tree for us to help celebrate our holiday. The location was fantastic with a little grocery shop and the Charles bridge just steps away. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable. Places to eat were steps away. Could not be happier with our stay. We left with wonderful memories of our stay in Prague

This apartment is in the most perfect location, not too far from all attractions, and tucked along a quiet street. The space itself is very nice with plenty of room to relax, play cards, or hide away for a moment, and has a nice mix of modern updates and old Prague architecture.

First time to Prague and truly had no idea where to book, we had a group and I needed certain criteria and this fit the bill. I am so glad we found this place. It was clean, really nicely decorated, unique little windows and overall charming. The location was quiet, yet there were SO many great places to eat and see. Being so close to the Charles Bridge was more delightful than I could have imagined. Communication was great with property management and much to my wonderful surprise, they had portable AC units for us waiting...what a dream! It was hot for us Americans :) and this brought great relief. I would just say, I didn't realize I was dealing with an outside management company (EasyBnb) - and at first I was really concerned, as I prefer to work with VRBO being the "middle man" and VRBO processes my payments...so I got a anxious prior to arriving. BUT turns out, EasyBnb is great, excellent communication, great people. There is also another note to make, the bathrooms are a little different than I am used to, and you really have to be careful not to get water outside the tub/shower. We were very aware of this prior to renting so we were vigilant. I gave this place 5 stars because if I could have it would have exceeded that rating. I loved it and want to go back! Thank you to Easybnb for taking such good care of us. Amazing stay!
