Unwinding Mossel bay

The house is really nice - modern amenities, bathroom and toilet facilities for each room, greatly stocked kitchen, balcony, and large living room. Beautifully decorated and secured with aluminium shutters. The utensils, crockery and appliances in the kitchen are of a high quality, as is the bath and bedroom linen. The dishwasher and large washing machine were a welcome surprise, which helped a lot with such a large group! Each room has an air conditioning unit, which is fantastic. Plenty of cupboard space in the rooms as well. The view from the balcony is sufficient given the location. The property manager was quick to respond whenever we had a query, which was refreshing. All in all a good stay; the family enjoyed the space!

However, access with only one remote between 8 people was a bit of a challenge. The parking space is sufficient for 3 small cars - one in the garage and two in the driveway, with some serious parking skills! Otherwise, one medium size in the garage and a larger one in the driveway. The stairs inside and outside the house were a bit of a challenge for my elderly mother, but we managed - but also understand that all of the properties in Mossel Bay have some sort of elevation. It should be stated upfront that the two bottom bedrooms do not get sunlight, and temperatures drop considerably there at night. Also consider replacing the double bed in the one bottom bedroom with two single beds - it will provide more space for movement and storing luggage in the room.

Loved all the rooms setup, the hot tub was great.

Beds were very hard and not that comfortable. Even the pillows as well. Not enough dishcloths in the kitchen.

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The layout was practical and cozy, making it easy to settle in right away. I especially loved how peaceful and quiet the area was — perfect for relaxing. The amenities were a big highlight too; everything I needed was available, and the small extra touches really made the stay feel special. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
