Great location!
Loved the open plan kitchen and living area.
Great amenities and I loved all the board games.
Very secure!
In the main en-suite the bathroom mirror was not aligned with the sink.
The sofa’s needed a deep clean, but keep in mind it is a pet friendly property.
I didn’t like that there was clearly a 4th bedroom that was locked and two single beds in the hallway, not great for bigger groups unless you’re traveling with small kids.

It was well equipped. Nice tiles throughout the house. Table tennis in the garage was fun. Beds were comfortable.
The common area bedroom is a passage way. No guest loo. Nice dart board but poor darts. Stop and go outside Kingswood was a pain. Very basic for what you pay. No views at all.

- only 3 bedrooms and not 4 as promoted on the website, we have 4 teenagers and they can't sleep in a passage, there is no privacy for them. We had to carry the beds to the other bedroom, and they ended up sleeping crammed up 4 in 1 bedroom. The house is marketed incorrectly; it should read 3 bedrooms, sleeps 9.
- Accommodation for 9 people, but the electricity supply doesn't meet the needs to cook for 9 people
- There are NO carpets, the house is ice cold, and one can't use the heaters and oven at the same time because of power failures. This was extremely frustrating.
- loads of admin before arrival to check in, accompanied by way too many messages from the host.
- We travel frequently, and this accommodation experience was the least favourite we've ever had.
