From the moment I arrived, I experienced outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and the highest level of professionalism. What makes this hotel truly special is its wonderful staff. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Jobina, who is one of the most professional, kind, and welcoming people I have ever met in the hotel industry. She is always smiling, calm, respectful, and incredibly professional in the way she deals with every guest. Her positive energy and beautiful attitude make you feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I would also like to give special thanks to Firuza, who works the night shift. She is an absolutely wonderful person—kind, helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist guests with sincerity and dedication. She treats every guest with care and makes you feel that you are not simply a customer, but a truly welcomed guest. Jobina and Firuza are, without a doubt, two of the best hotel staff members I have ever encountered in my entire life. Their professionalism, kindness, smiles, patience, and genuine care are something that deserves to be recognized and appreciated. A hotel is not only about the rooms or the facilities—it is about the people who make you feel at home. Jobina and Firuza are exactly those people. They represent the true meaning of hospitality. The location was near from city Center, good price. I would like to thanks a lot Ms. Gulsanam for all the efforts and support.

I did 3 booking each booking the let me to change the room and that was uncomfortable with me.

Ремонт очень старый. Удобства 0. Атмосфера в комнате было очень плохой. Освещение был тусклым.
