Good spacious room with ensuite. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 15 minute easy walk to the river or Kosmanavtlar Station, and there are restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is provided in the basement. They kindly let me leave my luggage at reception till I was ready to go for my train.
The place is clean - but please change the shower curtain, it was grotty.
There are several different hotels/hostels with Art in the name all close together. Perhaps my taxi driver just put the name into google maps, but we ended up at the wrong one, so then I had to schlep around several different ones till I found the one I was actually booked in.

뷔페식 조식, 단층 침대, 넓은 객실, 깨끗한 침구류
반지하라 빛이 잘 안 들어 옴. 조식 시작 시간이 좀 늦다. 화장실과 샤워실이 겸용이고 한 개 밖에 없다. 방충방이 없어서 창을 통해 모기가 들어 온다. 퇴실 시간을 사전에 알려줬는데도 아침에 미리 숙박등록을 해 놓지 않아 번거로웠다. 라마단 기간에 은행 업무 장애가 있어 카드 결제가 안 된다는 핑계는 믿기 어려웠다.
