Aparthaus Dittelbach by Faraway Homes

The apartment is large, with 3 king sized beds. It has one full bathroom, and one extra toilet. The furniture is well chosen. The location is in a deep ravine next to a small stream. So even though the temperature outside was very hot, the apartment stayed cool without air conditioning. In general the apartment was clean, but the cleaners definitely missed quite a few spiders on the ceilings. They were kind enough to provide detergent, and dishwashing soap. It was great to have a laundry machine. The apartment is nothing fancy, but works very well for larger families.

The staff consistently provided incorrect information: 1- the emailed instructions sent prior to arrival about where to find the key box were wrong 2- no key box was labelled with our unit number. 3- no apartment was labelled with our unit number. 4- the key box code provided was wrong. 5- no one answered the telephone number provided by booking (which they finally updated after we complained). Apparently they provided the correct number in one of numerous messages sent several days before arrival. I had erroneously assumed the number provided by booking on the webpage should also be correct. 6- for 30 minutes I was messaging them, and they refused to believe that the information I had was wrong. Finally when I threatened to cancel and demand my money back, they checked and realized the code to the key box had been wrong. And only through photos they sent could I find which key box was the correct one (we had tried the wrong code on all 7 key boxes we could find). 7- the wifi information they provided was wrong, and it frequently worked terribly. 8- several rooms had spiders on the ceiling. 9- several dishes and pots in the cabinets were dirty. 10- the beds were so soft I woke up with a sore back every morning. 11- for the price we paid for 4 nights, they should have provided more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. 12. there is only parking for 4 cars next to the building. if it is full you have to drive backwards up a narrow hill and park along the edge of the rail road tracks. sometimes cars park and partially block others next to the house. 13- one of the windows does not open correctly and the balcony door is missing hardware 14- sheets were put on the mattresses inside out. 14- the kettle needs a deep clean, as does the stove fan

Wifi nestoji za nic, terasa by zaslouzila renovaci.

Lokalita pro naši rodinu vyhovující. Velmi klidná, stranou hlavního ruchu. Ale blízko do centra i k jezeru. Stanice zubačky 5 minut. Pouze, nejbližší větší veřejná pláž na koupání cca 2,5 km. Koupání na ní včetně velkého parkoviště zdarma, takže není problém popojet.

Na celém domě i některém vnitřním zařízení známky většího opotřebení. Kuchyňka dost malá, ale určitě nám stačila. Pokoje velké, 2 koupelny v apartmánu super. Terasa veliká, velkorysá, jen trochu zašlá, ne úplně dokonale udržovaná. Kolem domu teče krásný horský potok, ale bohužel k němu absolutně nelze vlézt. Nějaký žebřík bych k němu vybudoval, jako osvěžení po túře, nebo nástroj k rannímu otužování by fungoval výborně :-). Rodinám s malými dětmi by mohlo chybět nějaké hřiště, venkovní plácek apod. U domu je pozůstatek něčeho takového, ale v tuto chvíli opravdu nefunkční.

Apartment was not properly cleaned,too much dust and spiders.No handwash, No bodywash,No WiFi. Our kids was sick because of clothes smell.I can’t recommend any person with kids.
