Great family stay close to Mondsee

Very cosy house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family of 9! One room even had a child’s bed, additionally to an extra single bed, which was great. We didn’t meet Tanja, but were in contact by messages, and felt very welcome with the cookies etc. waiting for us in the house! She also sells some of her farm products there, which is convenient when you don’t want to go shopping right away (e.g. eggs, jam, oil,..). The kitchen was very well equipped, as were the bathrooms (all 3 with hairdryers, one with a big tub and washer & dryer (for an extra cost). The location is also quite convenient for lots of different excursions a little further away (Salzburg, Porsche Erlebniswelt, Hallstatt,..) We can also recommend Gasthaus Ölgraben for a tasty austrian meal, 10mins away by car. The first night we used the recommended pizza delivery service Gazis Pizzaservice and were not disappointed! Make sure to walk to the end of the street the house is situated on, to have a great view of the lake Mondsee!

Only that you can hear everything that’s going on downstairs in the living/dining room, when you’re upstairs trying to sleep/put the kids to bed. Since the staircase is open, noise travels upstairs. In the end we managed with a white noise app on our phone.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden freundlich von der Hauseigentümerin empfangen, auf dem Tisch stand frisches Obst (Äpfel) und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch bei der Abreise wurden wir verabschiedet. Rundum können wir sagen - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Durch die Baustelle an der Terrasse ist der Blick vom Esstisch nach draußen leider wenig ansprechend. Zudem ließ sich der Rollladen in einem der Zimmer nicht öffnen, sodass der Raum stets dunkel blieb und nicht gelüftet werden konnte. Darüber hinaus waren die Möbel in einem der Zimmer bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst versorgt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, um die umliegenden Seen mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze am Haus. Das Haus war innen sauber und ordentlich und ausreichend ausgestattet.

Bemängeln mussten wir zwei Dinge: - Zwei Tage vor der Abreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Terrasse gerade umgebaut würde und nur ein Teil davon benutzbar war. Wir hatten also zum Essen immer die Baustelle im Blickfeld. - In einem der 4 Schlafzimmer war es nicht möglich den Rollladen zu öffnen, so dass wir nur eine "Dunkelkammer" hatten. Dies wurde uns erst bei der Anreise mitgeteilt. Über einen evt. Preisnachlass wegen dieser Mängel gab es leider kein Entgegenkommen.

Huisje heeft een mooie ligging kan geweldig zijn na wat vernieuwingen

Veel ruimte in het huis Goed warm water Eigen parkeerplaats Alles is er wat nodig is.

Sanitair,douches zijn klein. Tegen betaling wassen en drogen. Erg warm in huis geen gordijnen of vitrages waardoor je genoodzaakt bent altijd de rolluiken dicht te doen. Een bbq is er wel maar niet gebruikt i.v.m. dat deze niet geleegd en schoon was.. De bedden kraken extreem en liggen niet comfortabel slecht voor de rug

La ubicación. Al alojamiento no le faltaba de nada. Recomendado sin lugar a dudas.

Lo peor fue que ha sido corta la estancia y nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más allí así que esperamos volver 😉
