Saxida Wine & Camping Resort - Campsite

Beautiful place for camping. Swimming pool for all the guests. Clear bathrooms and toilets, there are not many of them, but i didnt wait anytime. The camp is very popular between Netherlands people. Great bistro. You can rent a bicycle or taste lot of local wines.

Final price is a bit higher then other camps. Pool is always full.

This is a very nice campsite. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the Vipava Valley. The campsite itself is quite diverse. We stayed in a tent for two nights. The pitches are spacious, and you can find shade at certain times of the day. You can cook on your pitch. The common facilities are well maintained and clean. The swimming pool is, of course, a great bonus on hot summer days. I recommend it.

At the reception, you can’t find a price list anywhere, and you have to ask for the cost of every service. When checking in, they don’t inform you that, for example, you can rent a fridge.

De locatie van de camping is echt heel mooi. Je zit tussen alle wijnvelden.

De camping zal misschien top zijn in het voorseizoen maar in het hoogseizoen worden er teveel plaatsen verkocht, waardoor je een hele kleine plek hebt, het zwembad overvol is, er te weinig parkeerplaatsen zijn en de sanitaire faciliteiten ook niet toereikend zijn. Het is echt jammer van deze mooie plek. Je kunt ook tussen de wijnranken staan maar helaas werd dat niet aangeboden aan ons. De prijs is dan ook niet in verhouding tot andere campings.
