Buona l’aria condizionata nel soggiorno ma assente in camera da letto, frigorifero troppo piccolo e senza freezer insufficiente per un soggiorno di tre settimane, biancheria insufficiente.

Najbardziej podobał mi się przepiękny widok z okna, zwłaszcza podczas zachodów słońca – to zdecydowanie największy atut tego apartamentu. Dodatkowo osiedle jest nowe, zadbane i bardzo przyjemne, a lokalizacja sprawia, że wszędzie można szybko i wygodnie dojechać. Te aspekty z pewnością podnoszą komfort pobytu.
Niestety, stan czystości apartamentu pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Mieszkanie było wyraźnie zaniedbane – zabrudzone szafki, kurz, zapchany odpływ i brudne akcesoria kuchenne. Obsługa klienta zamiast szybko rozwiązać problem, przeprosić i wyjaśnić sytuację ze swoją ekipą sprzątającą, próbowała przerzucić odpowiedzialność na mnie, co jest niedopuszczalne. Brak profesjonalizmu w obsłudze gości znacznie obniżył jakość całego pobytu.
