Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, dworca. Przestronny, dla 2 osób idealny, dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Ciekawie urządzony. Balkon na 10-tym piętrze daje w miarę ciekawy widok na kawałek panoramy Katowic.
Wszystko było ok.

Lokalizacja, parking podziemny, wygodne łóżko.
BRUDNA podłoga /włosy i przylepione okruchy, paprochy/i brak odkurzacza czy zmiotki, żeby dla swojej wygody samemu to zrobić, jeśli obsługa tego nie zrobiła i BRUDNA Lodowka, plamy zaschniętego napoju czy innej cieczy !!! brak żaluzji czy rolet lub zasłon w oknach, tv umieszone tak wysoko, że leżąc na łóżku trzeba zadzierać głowę, stolik na ruchomej-kiwajacej się nodze, więc nie da się używać. Czarny sedes bez śladów dezynfekcji i czarna umywalka ????
