It's a very nice apartment on one of Katowice's main night life streets, very centrally located, easy to walk to from the train station, next to numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a shopping mall. I had a street side-facing apartment with beautiful bay windows. The kitchen has what you need for a short stay, even paper towels which is something you rarely get in such apartments.
Street noise at night was really the only problem. The apartment has decent windows but if people outside get really noisy at night, you still hear it.
