- easy to find - friendly receptionist(s) - super quick check-in & check-out - clean(ish) bathroom
- cold room, the corridor was a lot warmer than inside the room - no amenities at all, just a bare room - ground floor = hardly any daylight - super thing walls/doors = hearing other guests (or cleaning personnel)
